Return & Refund Policy – ELUXICA

At ELUXICA, we’re committed to delivering premium quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. If something doesn't go as expected, we’re here to make it right. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


Undelivered or Returned Orders

Sometimes, an order may be returned to us due to:

  • Incomplete or incorrect address

  • Customer not available at the time of delivery

  • Refused delivery

  • Non-serviceable delivery area

  • Other logistical issues

In such cases, we will notify you via email. You can then request to have the order re-shipped to the same or a different address. Please note that re-shipping may incur an additional delivery charge.

Returned orders are held in our warehouse for up to 100 days. If no action is taken within this period, the items will be discarded and will no longer be available for re-shipping.


Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, misprinted, or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return or replacement, email eluxuca838@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the product (including the damage)

  • An unboxing video of the product

  • Photo of the outer packaging

Once verified, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund. Please note that we are unable to process claims without an unboxing video and photo evidence.


Exchanges for Size or Change of Mind

If you ordered the wrong size or wish to exchange your item for any non-defective reason:

  • You will need to provide the extra shipping cost and the request should be placed within 5 days by contacting us through email. 

  • Please Refer to the size chart before ordering

Lost Packages

In the rare case where your order is lost in transit, and the tracking status confirms this, we will issue a full refund or re-ship your order at no extra cost.


Important Notes

  • Products must be opened carefully. Damage caused during unboxing (e.g., with scissors or sharp tools) is not eligible for return or refund unless properly documented with a video.

  • If the packaging appears damaged at the time of delivery, please note this with the courier during delivery. It helps in raising claims.

  • Slight color differences may occur due to screen-to-print variation. This is not considered a defect, as our printing process uses CMYK color profiles for digital printing.
