At ELUXICA, our mission is to deliver premium-quality products to your doorstep with ease and care. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process, timelines, and tracking.

Order Processing Time

Each order is made just for you! Once your order is placed, it goes through a quick and quality-checked production process:

  • Processing Time: 2–4 business days

  • Shipping Time: 4–7 business days (depending on location)

During peak periods or public holidays, processing may take slightly longer, but we always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders across India — including Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll get another email with your tracking link, allowing you to follow your package in real-time until it reaches you.

Delivery Partners

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. All deliveries are tracked and insured.

Delivery Issues

An order may face delays or be returned if:

  • The address is incomplete or incorrect

  • The customer is unavailable at delivery

  • The pincode is non-serviceable

  • Delivery is refused

In such cases, we’ll notify you via email. You may request a re-shipment, and we’ll assist you with the process. Re-shipping may take additional time but will remain free of charge.

Pincode Serviceability

Before placing an order, please ensure your delivery pincode is serviceable. If the pincode becomes unserviceable after the order is placed, your order may be returned and delivery may not be possible.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at the moment, but we’re working on expanding soon.
